As a Corporate Facilities Manager II within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. The Corporate Facilities Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 33 properties across the Central and South Dallas region, consisting primarily of retail branches and major corporate facilities. Property counts may fluctuate based on business needs and portfolio changes. The role focuses on ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, cost effectively, and in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. This position is 100% on-site and requires regular travel throughout the assigned market to support branch and facility operations, build partnerships with stakeholders, and oversee projects and vendor performance.

Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of facilities while driving operational efficiency and expense management.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure service quality, compliance, and performance expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital plans, and expense project forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, Market Operations Managers (MOMs), and facility end users to understand and support business needs.
  • Implement site-specific facility strategies and manage facility churn activities, including openings, closures, consolidations, and reconfigurations.
  • Lead and coordinate facility-related projects, with responsibility for projects up to $500,000, depending on project scope and complexity. Larger or more complex projects may be transitioned to the Design & Construction team for execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manages major physical properties in an assigned region and drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level.
  • Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manages vendors and contractors. Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region.
  • Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects.
  • Designs and implements building specific plans including space planning, cost saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation. Assists Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives.
  • Oversees property and/or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations. Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value. Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users.
