About The Position

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Auditor for our Corporate EHS Compliance team. This highly motivated, driven individual will be responsible for performing compliance audits applicable to Triumvirate’s operations. Triumvirate provides leading institutions in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors with diverse services and advice to assist them with compliance management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree related to EHS, Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or related field
  • 5 years minimum hands-on EHS experience
  • Experience conducting internal audits and managing external audits by certification bodies
  • Current working knowledge of state & federal regulations related to: Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), TSCA, OSHA, DOT, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics
  • Proficient in developing and conducting training
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

  • Perform internal and external EHS compliance audits.
  • Permitting and reporting knowledge (e.g., hazardous waste, air, wastewater, stormwater, etc.)
  • Monitor and review pending changes to EHS regulations
  • Regulatory review and research in support of Triumvirate's business.
  • Prepare and conduct EHS compliance trainings.
  • Interact effectively with regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
  • Provide clients with internal and external (3rd Party) audit information.
  • Oversee contracted audits of Triumvirate facilities (clients, CHWMEG, etc).
