About The Position

The Corporate Director of Human Resources leads and executes HR strategy across Harrison Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and development of a high-performing workforce. This role oversees all HR functions across the organization including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and HR systems across all properties.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years in senior leadership role
