For more information, please visit: www.trimarkusa.com POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of CyberSecurity reports to the Chief Information Officer Located in Mansfield, MA Full-Time Hybrid We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Cybersecurity with extensive experience to lead and shape our cybersecurity strategy. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee security operations, and ensure the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successful cybersecurity leadership, a deep understanding of emerging threats, and the ability to align security initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security operations, incident response, and governance.
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and advanced cybersecurity technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize and implement strategic cybersecurity initiatives based on risk assessments and business priorities.
  • Oversee and optimize security operations, ensuring effective monitoring, analysis, and implementation of security controls.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive security policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring a swift and effective resolution to security incidents.
  • Conduct thorough post-incident reviews, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs to enhance the team's expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of security measures with business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate cybersecurity risks, recommendations, and achievements to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
