Execute M&A and other inorganic investment and transaction processes in coordination with senior corporate and market leaders. The role involves understanding the defense or government ecosystem, major commercial technology trends and players, and the operational, legal, and financial structures of complex business collaborations, while applying dual-use technologies, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector negotiation. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facility.
