The corporate development director will be an integral part of the team, actively participating in every aspect of Global Payments’ M&A efforts. The team takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, and the manager will work with junior and more senior team members on small, fast-moving deal teams. With support from the corporate development associates, the manager’s key responsibilities will include: Financial modeling and analyses Preparation of presentations for Global Payments management and board of directors Identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates; lead all aspects of acquisition valuation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, and assist with negotiations Industry and company research Interaction and coordination with colleagues across Global Payments, as well as external parties including investment bankers, private equity firms and other companies
