Corporate Development Associate
About The Position
The Corporate Development Associate supports high-impact corporate development and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This role is designed for professionals transitioning from investment banking into a corporate strategy and development environment while continuing to apply rigorous financial, analytical, and transaction skillsets. In this role, you will move from advisory execution to principal-side ownership of analysis, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making, long-term value creation, and operational outcomes. You will play a critical role in executing complex initiatives such as M&A transactions, asset evaluations, and internal optimization efforts, while partnering closely with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- MBA or CFA (or progress toward CFA)
- Experience with end-to-end deal execution
- Power BI or data visualization experience
- Executive presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Support corporate development and strategic initiatives including M&A and asset evaluations
