About The Position
Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company that helps businesses take control of their mission-critical processes. We are seeking a Corporate Counsel who wants to handle complex legal work for all areas of the company in a fast paced work environment. The main priority will be to provide to the business teams legal advice and assess risk and assist in the negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.

- Assist in the negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including professional services agreements, software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Identifying contractual risk and advising business teams on various legal risks/issues
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, the IT Security Team, and Sales and Marketing Teams in connection with contract drafting.
- Participate in negotiation calls alongside the Vistex commercial team
- Performs other duties as assigned
