About The Position
MedAdvisor Solutions (MAS) is seeking a part-time Corporate Attorney to support commercial operations, contract drafting and negotiations. MAS operates in a highly regulated pharmacy and healthcare environment. Experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and privacy is a plus. The ideal candidate is a licensed U.S. attorney with experience advising healthcare or life sciences companies, who can operate pragmatically in a small-company environment and collaborate closely with outside regulatory counsel, executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences matters
- Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare privacy compliance
- Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and privacy is a plus.
