Autodesk, Inc. is looking for a talented attorney with well-rounded experience to be part of a dynamic commercial legal team responsible for providing legal advice and support to North America Sales. Your primary role will be partnering with the Renewals and Expansion Account Executives (Enterprise Sales) and deal teams to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial transactions, SaaS, PaaS and software agreements (including, but not limited to, global enterprise agreements involving various software and web-based delivery models). You will be required to quickly summarize legal issues into actionable advice for deal teams to execute on. You will participate in and lead template drafting and process improvement projects to create efficiencies and repeatable processes. This role requires extensive knowledge of legal language and best practices, as well as excellent communication skills. This position is a hybrid position based in Vancouver or Toronto. You will report to the Senior Manager, Senior Corporate Counsel – Enterprise Sales & Procurement who is based in the San Francisco area.
