We're looking for a Corporate Controller to direct all accounting operations across two sites. This role leads the month-end close and drives global consolidation processes. The position owns the external audit relationship and establishes global accounting policies. The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-driven professional with a strong accounting background, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Success in this role requires balancing internal customer needs, business performance, and change management to deliver long-term growth of the accounting function to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in Mulit Site Locations with Consolidation Expertise
  • Familiarity with ERP and other financial consolidation (Epicor or Sage Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or CMA certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the multi-site month-end close.
  • Consolidate financial results across both operating facilities.
  • Prepare timely, accurate consolidated financial statements.
  • Deliver monthly variance analysis to leadership.
  • Serve as primary contact for external auditors.
  • Coordinate the year-end audit PBC list.
  • Maintain strict US GAAP/IFRS regulatory compliance.
  • Remediate internal control gaps to ensure readiness.
  • Author and update the global accounting manual.
  • Align accounting treatments across both operational sites.
  • Evaluate the impact of new accounting standards.
  • Educate local finance teams on policy updates.
  • Maintain robust compliant internal control frameworks.
  • Supervise general ledger, AP, and AR functions.
  • Monitor banking activities in effort to maintaining optimal cash/working capital.
  • Ensure banking matches reported results.
