We are looking for a high-impact Corporate Controller—a technical "rock star" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical pedigree to lead our accounting function into its next phase of growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting is required.
• Demonstrate a mastery of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity/multi-state environments is a significant plus.
• Understand the complexities of intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
• A self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to improve a process.

Nice To Haves

• A CPA (active or on-track) is strongly preferred.
• NetSuite experience will put you at the top of the list.
• Someone who has successfully made the jump to leadership or is ready for a Controller-level challenge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and mentor a team of three.
• Own and drive a rigorous month-end close with a strict 6-business-day target.
• Lead the accounting side of acquisition integrations, ensuring seamless transitions of data and processes.
• Maintain the NetSuite Fixed Assets Module (FAM) and oversee GL activity including payroll, leases, and multi-state taxes.
• Prepare monthly financials and quarterly board decks; lead finance meetings and annual budgeting across all entities.
