About The Position

The Corporate Compliance Intern will support the Corporate Compliance team in executing ongoing compliance activities across the organization. This role offers exposure to risk-based compliance monitoring approaches, including live monitoring, records review, and data analytics. The intern will also participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership and contribute to special projects within the department.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with MS Power Point
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to be on-site during designated in-person collaboration days.
• Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Law, or other business degree

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Monitoring activities, including review of key business activities across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development functions.
• Assist with collection, organization, and review of supporting documentation for monitoring reviews.
• Record monitoring results in the compliance monitoring system.
• Assist with development of executive summary decks to communicate key themes and observations.
• Gain exposure to risk-based compliance monitoring approaches, including live monitoring, records review, and data analytics.
• Participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership to observe how monitoring results are discussed and used to inform compliance priorities.
• Contribute to special projects across the Corporate Compliance department.
