About The Position

The Legal Counsel is central to the cross-functional operations of the company. The person provides legal support on corporate legal, tax, finance, treasury, risk management, litigation and intellectual property related matters and colleagues globally. The Legal Counsel is responsible for corporate legal support on various legal entities around the globe, with emphasis on US. He/she organizes meetings of Nokia of America Corporation, prepares briefing materials collaboratively with Nokia stakeholders and drafts legal documents such as meeting minutes, PoAs and officers' certificates.

Requirements

• Legal support on corporate legal, tax, finance, treasury, risk management, litigation and intellectual property related matters.
• Corporate legal support on various legal entities around the globe, with emphasis on US.
• Organizing meetings of Nokia of America Corporation.
• Preparing briefing materials collaboratively with Nokia stakeholders.
• Drafting legal documents such as meeting minutes, PoAs and officers' certificates.
