Key Accountabilities / Impact on Business Maximise revenue and customer value from a portfolio of Large CMB relationships and contribute directly to CMB targets Maximise cross-selling opportunities and success rate in a wide range of HSBC products including treasury and trade services, retail banking, payments and cash management, private banking, etc, to ensure HSBC's leading position among competitors Exercise relationship management strategy on a portfolio of Large CMB relationships by building strong rapport with customers and acting as customers' first contact for advice and provision of banking services Minimise credit risk and loss to the Bank by conducting critical credit reviews and assessment, timely identification of problem accounts and implementing appropriate operational controls; involving joint monitoring with WCR in critical situations Develop in-depth knowledge in areas that are strategic to CMB’s profitability and long-term growth Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations, business development and credit and global standards Be an active member of the CMB team, being a champion for key initiatives and objectives. Build strong working relationships with product and support partners and team members and providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff. You’ll achieve more at HSBC.
