About The Position

We are a family-owned company with a long history, specializing in developing and testing engine and transmission performance additives for the Automotive industry. Our automotive division is crucial for product innovation and testing. You will work in a climate-controlled facility, focusing on hands-on work with a supportive team and a clear sense of purpose. The position initially involves a night shift (11 PM–11 AM) for 6–8 months, with a 4-day/48-hour workweek, including guaranteed overtime. Tools are provided. After this initial period, there's an opportunity to transition to a permanent role with an 11 AM-11 PM schedule and enhanced benefits.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience as an Automotive technician.
Positive, team-first attitude—respectful and courteous.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a corporate testing environment.
Ability to work night shifts temporarily (up to 8 months; shifts assigned by seniority).

Responsibilities

Operate engines, transmissions, and drivetrains on dynamometers in a petroleum additive testing facility.
Monitor and adjust test systems to meet strict performance standards.
Troubleshoot test systems.
Perform engine teardowns in the vehicle repair facility.
Rotate through different areas of the automotive division to gain comprehensive experience.
