About The Position

Germain Audi of Louisville is seeking a Flat-Rate Service Technician to join their team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Audi vehicles according to flat-rate guidelines, ensuring efficient and high-quality work. Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with luxury vehicles
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair practices
• Ability to follow flat-rate repair guidelines and meet deadlines
• ASE certification preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Audi vehicles following flat-rate guidelines
• Accurately estimate repair times and complete jobs efficiently and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer communications
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Keep work areas clean and comply with safety procedures
