The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of legal experience, preferably in-house with a defense manufacturing company, possess a Juris Doctor degree, and be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state, with a preference for Wisconsin. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a focus on risk-based decision-making, ethical behavior, and fostering relationships across all levels of management. An eagerness to learn new areas of law and expand skillsets is also essential.
