About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Corporate Attorneys with strong expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, transactional drafting, and complex legal analysis to contribute to an advanced AI training and legal-evaluation project. Selected attorneys will analyse sophisticated legal scenarios, review and annotate transactional and litigation materials, evaluate AI-generated legal content, and translate nuanced legal reasoning into structured inputs suitable for model development. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

JD from an accredited institution
Active bar membership in the U.S. or international equivalent
Minimum 3 years of practising experience in M&A, corporate law, commercial litigation, capital markets, private equity, or related areas
Experience drafting or reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials
Strong legal analysis and synthesis skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate legal reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative and solution-oriented working style

Nice To Haves

Background in computer science, technical fields, or AI/data-annotation projects is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
