What to expect in this role on a given day:

If you enjoy contract work and being part of a cross functional team, then we have the role for you. Come be part of a team that is responsible for onboarding new customers and working to take our growing business to the next level. At any given time you will work with your internal customer in the sales, finance, credit & pricing team when reviewing transactions.

Requirements

• Are intellectually curious, possess a JD from an accredited law school and belong to the Missouri Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in a firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
• Have a willingness to learn
• Take initiative and have an eye for detail without getting lost in the weeds
• Excel at organization, written & oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Negotiate certain terms with the customer
• Review & prepare equipment lease and financing documents
• Provide legal advice & guidance to CSI subsidiaries
