About The Position

Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of transactional experience for a position in its Boston office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Corporate practice group. We provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels. Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience with commercial finance transactions
• Debt and equity capital markets experience
• Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
