What You’ll Do: Be the go-to for HR questions — help employees and managers with things like onboarding, policies, leave, and general support, or connect them to the right people. Keep onboarding running smoothly — support hiring and onboarding across the region, including training managers and jumping in on big hiring efforts when needed. Help keep things compliant — make sure processes follow company policy and employment laws, and partner with HR/Legal when needed. Support employee changes — assist with promotions, transfers, and offboarding so transitions are smooth and handled correctly. Manage leave support — guide employees and managers through leave of absence processes and help ensure everything is handled properly.
