About The Position

Viciniti is an employee-owned corporate housing company that provides furnished apartments for business travelers, relocating employees, healthcare professionals, and other temporary residents. The Corporate Apartment Housekeeper helps ensure apartments are clean, comfortable, and move-in ready. The role includes preparing apartments for new arrivals, providing housekeeping services to current residents, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a positive resident experience. The position requires travel between apartment locations throughout the KC Metro area in a company vehicle and professional interaction with residents. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and residents.
• Have a strong work ethic and take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare fully furnished apartments for incoming residents.
• Perform scheduled housekeeping services in occupied apartments.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to company standards.
• Inspect apartments to ensure they are guest-ready and welcoming.
• Stock, organize, and maintain housewares, linens, and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
• Drive a company vehicle between apartment locations throughout the KC Metro area.
• Interact professionally with residents while performing housekeeping services.
