Requirements

Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience (REQUIRED)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stable work history
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
Maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms
Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
Support the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff members
Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
