Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Current undergraduate (3+ years completed) or graduate student enrolled in a program for Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, Visual Arts, or Digital Multimedia with an interest in pharmaceuticals, life sciences and/or medicine. General Description: The Global Product & Pipeline Corporate Affairs team brings the value of BeOne’s medicines and scientific innovation to life through strategic, globally aligned communications. This team shapes perception, accelerates adoption, and unifies storytelling across our pipeline and marketed products — ensuring that our medicines, data, and R&D model are understood, valued, and differentiated worldwide. As a Global Product & Pipeline Corporate Affairs Intern, you will support this mission by contributing to high-impact communications that strengthen BeOne’s reputation, scientific leadership, and global oncology portfolio. You’ll gain direct experience across global communications, product strategy, storytelling, media relations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in health, wellness, and the life sciences, with a willingness to learn how to translate complex science into clear and concise messages.
  • Familiarity with how digital and social media support an integrated communications strategy, with the ability to develop creative, channel‑appropriate content and assets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-based team; a proactive approach is essential.
  • Accountability for assigned deliverables, including tracking progress, communicating updates, identifying risks or issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Comfort working with virtual collaboration tools, document management systems, and AI
  • Interest in pursuing a career in public relations in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a Liberal Arts degree (such as English).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Embraces company core values and competencies.
  • Based in the continental United States.
  • Fluency in English required; other language skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing team of four communications professionals in the development of key assets that support global launches, pipeline milestones, regulatory updates, and clinical development progress, including fact sheets, FAQs/Q&As, media assets, website copy, internal communications and creation of social media content and visual storytelling assets.
  • Experiment with new technologies and AI to streamline workflow, raise productivity and drive innovation across the product and pipeline communications team around the world.
  • Competitive & industry monitoring, including researching and summarizing media coverage, competitor announcements and emerging oncology trends, as well as profiling and evaluating healthcare stakeholders for the purposes of communications activities, and supporting insights tracking to inform communications planning and decision making.
  • Operational and team support, including maintenance of team SharePoint, trackers, editorial calendars, and content libraries, and assisting with project workflows, meeting agendas, recaps, and program benchmarking.
