Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4-year degree program pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or other relevant degree area as a rising junior or senior OR currently accepted or enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program
  • Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Familiarity/comfort with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
  • Plasma experience not required; however, a strong enthusiasm for learning technical concepts is essential.
  • Located in/ability to relocate to Washington DC, however this is a hybrid job with three days a week in the office

Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Affairs initiatives through community engagement, patient engagement, and policy analysis aligned with Grifols’ strategic goals.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, stakeholder briefings, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Contribute to team documentation and communication, and support ad hoc requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends impacting the plasma industry and patient access
  • Work cross-functionally to collaborate with area subject matter experts to improve business processes.
  • Develop professional skills and contribute to meaningful projects to advance patient access to Grifols plasma medicines, support community engagement, and further federal advocacy.
