About The Position

Interested in the strategy and operations behind creative work? Orchestra is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our Summer 2026 Corporate Internship Program. This hands-on experience offers exposure to the business, operational, and strategic functions that power a leading communications firm. Corporate interns are embedded within a specific team and contribute to both long-term initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will gain practical experience in areas such as business strategy, project management, financial planning, organizational development, and internal communications, while learning how high-performing teams enable exceptional client work. Interns participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with colleagues across the firm, gaining insight into how systems, processes, and people drive growth and impact. Duration: May 26, 2026 - August 21, 2026 Location: Hybrid internship based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. offices (minimum 3 days/week in-office)

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior, postgraduate student, or early-career professional with relevant interest or experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned work
  • Curiosity about business operations, strategy, finance, people systems, or agency management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Support team workflows, processes, and operational initiatives
  • Contribute to internal projects such as research, reporting, documentation, and coordination
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate across departments
  • Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Help maintain systems and tools that support organizational efficiency
