About The Position

Aurelius Systems is seeking a Corporate Administrator to serve as the connective tissue of the company. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's software, systems, and schedules, complementing the hardware and facilities management handled by the Ops team. The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for owning calendaring, internal tooling, documentation, and the workflows that enable the entire team to operate efficiently and at a high pace.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years in administrative, executive assistant, operations coordination, or military admin / S-1 roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Direct, clear, and trusted communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and ensures tasks are completed without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage company that is still developing its processes.
  • Experience as an Administrative or EA at a startup or high-growth tech company, or operations coordination managing systems and scheduling, or military admin/personnel roles managing paperwork and calendars.

Responsibilities

  • Executive and team calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination across the organization.
  • Administration of office software, subscriptions, and tools, including provisioning, renewals, and access management.
  • Maintenance of internal documentation, knowledge bases, and org-wide resources to ensure they remain current and easily accessible.
  • Support for internal communications and process management as the company scales.
  • Development and management of administrative systems and workflows.
  • Cross-functional project support, collaborating closely with the Ops team on initiatives that bridge physical and digital operations.
