Explore Edmonton is seeking a Corporate Administrator to provide integrated administrative and coordination support across Corporate Services and the Office of the CEO. Reporting to the Director, Board Governance & Strategic Projects, the Corporate Administrator provides integrated administrative and coordination support to Executive Directors, corporate initiatives, and governance processes through the coordination of scheduling, logistics, communications, and administrative functions. This role supports the efficient delivery of meetings, events, and corporate activities while assisting with CEO Office requirements, Board and Shareholder processes, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
