The role involves providing centralized system support for A/R (accounts receivable) processes for the company's residential communities, using computerized systems to monitor, process, and audit stages of the resident lease cycle. The Corporate Admin will communicate with site team members, residents, and prospects to ensure leasing-related processes are completed accurately and timely. Additionally, the role provides system administration support for accurate record keeping, investigates and resolves inaccuracies, completes tasks from a centralized mailbox, and assists with processing files through the eviction process due to delinquency and non-payment.
