About The Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Actions Operations Specialist to support critical operational functions within Alternative Investments Operations and Corporate Actions. This role combines advisor-facing phone support with operational processing responsibilities and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisors by delivering a high-touch, "white glove" service experience while ensuring accurate processing of corporate actions, dividends, proxy communications, cash and securities transactions, and related operational activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to learn complex processes, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Support critical operational functions within Alternative Investments Operations and Corporate Actions.
- Provide advisor-facing phone support.
- Process corporate actions, dividends, proxy communications, cash and securities transactions, and related operational activities.
- Deliver a high-touch, "white glove" service experience to advisors.
