Corporate Actions Operations Analyst
About The Position
The Corporate Actions Analyst is a part of the Shared Services Regulatory team which provides operational support to UMB's fast growing Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. Within the Shared Services environment, this team interacts with internal partners to evaluate and process processes both mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic and other duties as assigned. Requirements
- College degree
- At least two years of financial services experience
- Securities processing experience
- Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic holdings.
- Identify system issues or defects and provide appropriate level of documentation to the appropriate support group.
- Use communication skills to provide a broad level of assistance during testing of system upgrades or implementation of new systems.
