About The Position

BNY is seeking a Corporate Actions Manager to join their team in Toronto, CA. This role requires 4 days in the office. The manager will lead and manage the Corporate Actions team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of corporate actions processes. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, collaborate across departments for integrated service delivery, analyze data for informed decision-making, serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, and mentor team members to promote continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • 4-7 years of experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
