About The Position

Summary: Responsible for properly performing all financial activities related to the Accounts Receivable Division of the Finance Department, in accordance with established company policies, procedures and controls.

Requirements

Previous experience performing same or similar job duties
Previous experience in an Account Receivable department within the gaming or hospitality industry preferred
Strong computer proficiency in LMS, Excel and Datamagine preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and to respond to common inquiries or complaints/questions/concerns
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
High school diploma or equivalent
Vision and literacy (critical).
Ability to work with a computer for an extended period of time, including fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
Sit at desk or table (more than 75% of the time)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Receives non-casino guest service inquiries, resolving issues or directing messages to the appropriate individual.
Provides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees.
Prepares billing invoices for direct billed accounts in an accurate, timely manner.
Reconciles group folios and processes commissions and rebates as contracted.
Researches and responds to chargebacks from credit card companies in a timely manner.
Participate in the posting of receipts to direct billed accounts.
Prepares check requests for guest credit balances and refunds.
Assists management in collection of past due accounts.
Maintains effective filing system for Accounts Receivable.
Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
