About The Position

Are you an experienced professional or veteran looking for a purposeful step back into the workforce after an extended career break? Or are you ready to return to full‑time work but need a flexible bridge to re‑launch your career? TI’s Encore Program helps you put your skills to work, sharpen your capabilities, and relaunch your career. Overview: A paid, 12‑week internship designed for experienced talent who have taken a career break of 2 years or more (over a continuous period). Your role: You’ll be a contributor, not a trainee, from day 1—solving real problems, inventing solutions, and collaborating with TI teams. Support: Personalized mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities are built into the program. Outcome: High‑performing participants will be considered for full‑time employment at the end of the program.

Requirements

• A career break of at least 2 years
• Intent to return to a full-time role at TI after the program.
• No sponsorship required now or in the future (U.S. work‑authorization required).
• Meet the minimum role‑specific requirements for the job
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related business field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

• Analyze business cost trends
• Update semiconductor pricing for internal transfers
• Review R&D expenses and compare results to forecasts/estimates
• Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Drive excellence and financial integrity in accounting compliance and internal controls
• Ensure accurate, meaningful, and high-quality reporting for global stakeholders
• Contribute to monthly close activities, audits, income statement and balance sheet analysis, inventory valuation, management financial reviews, and more
