Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Corporate Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. The Corporate Accounting Administrator is responsible for supporting both the Corporate Controller and the Chief Financial Officer in day-to-day activity of all corporate subsidiaries associated with Block Real Estate Services. This role involves daily accounting tasks, monthly closing procedures, and collaboration with the Corporate Accounting Team to record and report financial transactions accurately. The Corporate Accounting Administrator will also handle annual reconciliations, special projects, and maintain compliance with GAAP principles and real estate regulations.
