About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations and reporting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The Accountant will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
• Reconcile bank statements and subsidiary ledgers
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor budgets and track income and expenditures
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• Assist with payroll support and employee expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support tax filings and other financial obligations as needed
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and recordkeeping
