The Corporate Account Manager will report to the Senior Director of Account Management and will be responsible for a portfolio of customers across the United States. The role involves building strong, long-lasting relationships, maximizing customer value from Netcraft's services, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels. This position offers significant ownership, direct customer impact, and the chance to influence Netcraft's customer engagement and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing a commercial book of business with responsibility for customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • Strong achievement against personal renewal targets (92%+) and consistent identification and delivery of expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with customers and serving as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of corporate and/or SMB customers, prioritizing account activity based on business value, and leveraging CRM and account management tools for efficient operation at scale.
  • At least two years of experience managing a commercial book of business with strong renewal and expansion outcomes.
  • Self-motivation, determination, resilience, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-geographically to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • A genuine interest in learning about cybercrime, internet security, and threats such as phishing and malware.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cybersecurity or SaaS experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of corporate and SMB customers across various industries, tailoring engagement to account size, complexity, and strategic value.
  • Utilize automation and efficient processes for managing a large book of business while providing high-touch engagement where most needed.
  • Serve as the long-term customer relationship manager, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers, both in-person and remotely, to build relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements, objectives, and business priorities, acting as the customer's internal advocate for service improvements and product enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand Netcraft's services based on customer business understanding, security challenges, and the evolving cybercrime landscape.
  • Educate customers on Netcraft's services, present service performance results, and address customer inquiries.
  • Provide customers with Netcraft's insights into the cybercrime threat landscape relevant to their business and industry.
  • Own the internal customer renewal and upsell process, collaborating cross-functionally for successful execution and alignment.
  • Adhere to Netcraft's hybrid working policy, with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
