About The Position

The Account Coordinator will lead the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers across the United States. This position will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationship after the account has been activated, while making sure Royalty’s service standards are met. The Account Coordinator will have multiple tasks going on simultaneously and will need to have a very detailed organizational structure.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in account coordinator, customer service, or construction/roofing industry admin
  • Strong organization skills; comfortable managing multiple accounts/projects at once.
  • Excellent phone and written communication
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate account experience for our clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete documentation of open task lists and provide daily status updates to the management team.
  • Serve as internal administrator for all clients CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software applications.
  • Use client CMMS applications to create proposals and provide customers with status updates on project and work orders.
  • Act as the main administrative point of contact for corporate account clients.
  • Accept and decline work orders as appropriate.
  • Create folders for account opportunities and input data into Dynamics CRM.
  • Create and manage callback requests.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure timely billing of all completed corporate account jobs.
  • Draft initial customer rooftop inspection reports for the corporate account manager immediately following field technician inspections.
  • Conduct daily follow-up with the service department on all open work orders and callbacks for corporate account clients.
  • Update executive-level spreadsheet to reflect current project status.
  • Manage consistent, open communication with accounts.
  • Ensure work order promise dates/deadlines are met by the service department; communicate proactively with clients if issues arise.
  • Utilize CRM and Company Cam software effectively.
  • Understand and support the sales-to-job process.
  • Maintain an organized document retention system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
