About The Position

DCMA is looking for an experienced Corporate Access professional to work on our Corporate Access team on a temporary basis (6-12 months). In this role, you will plan and execute roadshows and conferences for our North American client base with our Japanese and Asia based corporate C-suite partners. As a DCMA Corporate Access Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to lead our strategic event initiatives to ensure best-in-class service for our investor and corporate client partners. You’ll execute logistics and planning for conferences, roadshows, and industry events. This is an exciting chance to build and maintain relationships and contacts at key client counterparts, to maximize value for companies and investors.

Requirements

• Japanese or native Japanese speaker with business level English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Driven self-starter with two or more years of corporate access or similar industry experience
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products and solid analytical orientation

Nice To Haves

• Preferably licensed in SIE, Series 7 and Series 63

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute roadshows for Japanese, Asian and US companies, including setting up meetings, making logistical arrangements and providing onsite assistance while they are traveling.
• Liaise with Tokyo and Hong Kong Headquarters to plan IR roadshows for Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and other Asia based companies.
• Work closely with Japan and Asian Equities sales teams to identify investor trends and propose effective IR roadshows.
• Plan and execute investment conferences/corporate days in North America as well as reverse roadshow into Asia.
• Leverage reporting metrics to identify areas of opportunity and measure success of defined strategies
• Create additional corporate opportunities for clients by deepening relationships with company management and investor teams.
