As a Corn Cooker, you will prepare raw batches of corn to be used in the production of corn-based products. This role involves daily responsibilities such as filling kettles with water and corn, observing and maintaining cooking times, and transferring cooked corn to a holding tank. Weekly duties include cleaning kettles, tanks, and surrounding areas, and working with cleaning chemicals. The position also requires performing any added duties as assigned by supervision, attending training sessions, working overtime as required, and adhering to Good Housekeeping Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, the role contributes to attaining and maintaining GFSI & BRC certifications.
