Requirements
- Solid knowledge of program management
- Impeccable track record of delivering complex data analytic programs
- Experience with Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc. are required
- Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills
Nice To Haves
- Proven data analytics & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within leading edge engineering teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis)
Responsibilities
- Deliver data analytics views on various operational data (AppID, travel, AI usage tracking, etc.)
- Drive improvements on the existing data trackers
- Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
- Utilize various AI tools to automate and improve current processes
