About The Position
We are searching for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Core Warehouse Associate. The objective will be to receive, identify, and quality check the structure of all incoming aluminum cores that are purchased for Perfection/All Star inventory, along with fulfilling orders placed. Requirements
- Learn to use dial indicator for spinning/QC check.
- Knowledge of barcode/serialized process.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
- Able to lift 30 – 50 lbs. continuously, 60 lbs. on occasion.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
- Steel toed footwear with slip guard, safety glasses, hearing protection and proper gloves (all PPE with exception of footwear will be provided).
Responsibilities
- Spin and check wheels for uniformity using dial indicators / pre-inspection before receiving and serializing wheels.
- Identify/receive wheels using software and catalogs provided.
- Manage purchase orders for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Inventory management.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures and good housekeeping practices
