About The Position

We’re seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with banking core systems. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred.
Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.
Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.
