About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the CoRe Coordinator is responsible for the development, training, and implementation of the CoRe program. This role supports program design, facilitation, evaluation, and administrative coordination to ensure effective service delivery. The CoRe Coordinator promotes positive youth development through fostering courage, cooperation, respect, and resourcefulness, while supporting staff and maintaining alignment with program and agency standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • Three years of experience working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of youth development and behavioral health practices
  • Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Strong leadership, training, and supervision skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse communities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within three (3) months of hire

  • Knowledge of video gaming systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the CoRe program to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Ensure culturally responsive and youth-centered service delivery aligned with ASC values and community needs
  • Support positive youth development outcomes by fostering courage, cooperation, respect, and resourcefulness
  • Provide leadership and oversight to program staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and agency standards
  • Strengthen community relationships to support program visibility and engagement
  • Utilize data and evaluation to support continuous program improvement and accountability
  • Ensure CoRe contractual and financial goals are met in accordance with internal and external agreements
  • Provide leadership, training, and supervision to CoRe staff and interns, including ongoing administrative oversight and support
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and program effectiveness; use data to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with CoRe Facilitators and the Director of Behavioral Health to implement program plans, budgets, and training initiatives
  • Ensure staff utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and other interventions
  • Facilitate CoRe Gaming groups for youth across a variety of settings
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of CoRe curriculum
  • Participate in agency and program operations, including meetings, supervision, and consultation
  • Promote program quality by implementing best practices and meeting external standard
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Promote the CoRe program through community outreach efforts
  • Represent CoRe and Atlantic Street Center with community partners to support visibility, collaboration, and program growth
  • Monitor compliance with contract requirements, agency policies, and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of program data and records
  • Coordinate and maintain reporting within electronic health record systems and agency databases
  • Administer client surveys and maintain updated documentation in alignment with agency standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and related regulations
