Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience or strong passion for writing (portfolio or sample work required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt tone and voice for different types of content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to learn
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various platforms (website, blogs, social media, emails, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with brand voice and tone
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Conduct research to understand target audiences and create content that resonates with them
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing
- Optimize content for SEO where applicable
