About The Position
Archer seeks a Copywriter with inventive ideas and strong writing skills to develop concepts and create distinctive copy across brands, audiences, and channels. The role partners with art directors, designers, and strategists and carries work from concept through launch with guidance from creative leadership. The position is remote, with occasional travel for team meetings.
Requirements
- A copywriting portfolio that shows promise.
- Ability to turn a creative brief into ideas that move and motivate.
- Strong writing and editing skills, from billboards to branded content.
- Curiosity about culture, people, and the arts.
- Openness to feedback and persistence in pushing for better work.
- Collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a desire to keep learning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with art directors and designers to create compelling brands.
- Write for video, audio, social, digital, and print channels.
- Adapt voice and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate across the agency to take work from concept through launch, with guidance from creative leadership.
- Evaluate work for accuracy, consistency, and craft.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
