Mark & Graham is seeking a Copywriter to develop compelling, on-brand copy across all channels, including seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, digital advertising, email, social media, catalog, and other customer-facing touchpoints. The role involves creating content that reflects the brand voice, upholds editorial standards, and ensures consistency and accuracy. The Copywriter will partner with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop, and execute marketing copy, collaborating with merchandising and product development to understand product details and translate them into compelling copy. This includes working with the site merchandising team for clear on-site copy and focusing on email content, using performance data to inform messaging. The position is full-time, reporting to the Content Manager, with a hybrid work schedule (Monday-Thursday in San Francisco office, Friday remote).
