Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Writing samples or a portfolio are required.
  • 5-7 years of professional copywriting experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, retail, or restaurant industries
  • Experience working in an in-house brand team or agency supporting enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Proven track record of delivering content across multiple channels (digital, campaign, sales enablement, and thought leadership)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise content
  • Ability to turn complex products and technical concepts into simple, customer-focused messaging
  • Ability to apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards consistently
  • Experience writing for web, email, paid media, and long-form content
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to use AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot 365, to speed up job function
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, campaign, and sales teams
  • Sound judgment when incorporating feedback and improving content
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned to brand standards
  • Proactive partnership with the editorial director and broader brand team

  • Experience supporting integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and content strategy
  • Exposure to unified commerce, payments, retail, or restaurant technology

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, concise copy for web, campaigns, email, thought leadership, and sales materials
  • Turn complex product and technology concepts into simple, customer-focused messaging
  • Partner with creative, campaign, and product marketing teams to build consistent messaging across channels
  • Support thought leadership and long-form content that strengthens the NCR Voyix brand
  • Apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across all content
