Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience creating performance advertising and marketing copy for an agency, media company, or national brand.
  • Experience and successful track record of collaborating in cross-functional organizations and within creative teams (designers, agencies).
  • A portfolio demonstrating your skills in direct response marketing and advertising copywriting is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to scope content needs and clarify business objectives across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C/agent audiences.
  • Write, edit, and fact-check marketing and advertising copy across channels, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to brand or agent voice guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign and business performance reports to optimize creative effectiveness and inform future copy approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and broader agency teams on ideation, concept development, and execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Support digital testing initiatives, applying learnings from performance data to continuously improve messaging and results.
  • Provide timely status updates and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
